After spending a decade in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area, I now call Atlanta, GA home. With 10+ years in the People function at mission-driven companies like Airbnb and Lyft, I have had the privilege of working with people of different experiences, backgrounds, and working styles. Now, as a certified leadership coach, I witness the profound transformation that can occur when leaders and teams receive the right support and guidance. My inspiration for starting this practice stems from my belief in the power of a strong support system to transform how you operate. As a child of immigrants, I have always been inspired by the power of small businesses to create positive change. When not working, I prioritize connecting with the small pleasures that bring me joy, like long walks with my pup, Mila, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and planning my next adventure. These activities bring balance to my life, fuel my creativity, and energize me to help others find their sense of purpose and succeed.
